Join Nicole, Erika and Saje Natural Wellness, for an afternoon of embodying the new season and nurturing your true nature.
Together we will explore the significance of the Equinox and Autumn Season, and the importance of aligning ourselves with these natural rhythms with greater awareness and thoughtful practices so we can cultivate more harmony and wellness in our hearts, bodies and homes to transition into a new season and energetic phase.

 

This special 2 hour class will include:

  • Saje Natural Wellness Pop Up Shop will take place before the class from 3-4
  • The use of specifically chosen Saje essential oils to enhance the experience
  • Self Care Practices + Ritual + Intention Setting
  • An all levels grounding Yoga Practice

The significance reminds us to strive for balance in all aspects of ourselves and is the perfect opportunity for reflection and introspection, a time to draw inward, dive deep into yourself, and refocus on what’s important and meaningful to you, and how we can cultivate more balance and harmony into our own lives.

Join Nicole for this 2 hour workshop where you will explore the significance of, not only the equinox, but also seasonal and lunar cycles, and how aligning yourselves with these natural rhythms, can help to cultivate more balance in your life and improve your overall well-being.
